Shipping policy

Each product is made to order, so please allow 7 -14 business days for your item to be created especially during busy periods

Some products like our Wooden String Art pieces have a turn around of 14 days before they are shipped.

We offer free local delivery to the 2171 and 2176 postcodes.  This option can be chosen at the check out. Once your order is ready we deliver within one to two days. If no one is home we will leave the parcel in a safe location near the front door. If you do not wish for your parcel to be left please message us so we can arrange a convenient time to deliver.

We send our parcels via Australia Post OR Sendle 

Small items (such as bookmarks, and keyrings) can be posted as a letter with no tracking at $3. Alternatively you can choose to have it sent as a tracked parcel

Standard shipping with tracking is between $12 - $20 (depending on weight and size. Calculated at checkout) 

Express shipping is available on certain products and charged at $16-20 (not available for large products

We offer shipping Australia wide, however we do not offer international shipping at this time.
